Riceviamo e pubblichiamo queste informazioni e queste foto
mandate in giro per il mondo dalla DAF turca, sul massacro 
annunciato dei minatori, che da anni avvisavano Stato e Governo

sulle tremende condizioni di lavoro nelle miniere, e sull'inesistenza 
di misure di sicurezza. Come sempre gli sfruttatori dei lavoratori 
hanno fatto orecchi da mercanti.

Turchia. L'incendio che si è sprigionato nella miniera di carbone di Manisa-Soma il 13 Maggio, è divenuto uno dei più grandi massacri avvenuti in queste terre. A causa dell'incendio, centinaia di minatori sono stati avvelenati dal monossido di carbonio. Il numero dei lavoratori che sono morti cresce di ora in ora. Il Ministro dell'Energia, il Ministro del Lavoro ed il Primo Ministro hanno cercato di nascondere il numero reale di minatori che sono morti, dichiarando che si trattava di “un triste incidente sul lavoro”. Il Primo Ministro ha affermato che “Questo genere di incidenti può avvenire sempre.”
Mentre migliaia di persone stavano aspettando vicino alla miniera e cercavano di ottenere notizie riguardo ai propri parenti che si trovavano nella miniera di carbone, le ambulanze, i carri funebri, i veicoli frigoriferi, mostravano la gravità del massacro. Il numero dei minatori morti cresceva: 78, 151, 245, 282...
Il numero sta ancora crescendo. Coloro che sono responsabili di questo massacro, stanno cercando di legittimare queste “morti” dicendo “è il destino”. Ci sono proteste in tutta la regione. Le persone sono nelle
strade affermano che non si tratta del destino né di un incidente, questo è un massacro fatto dallo Stato e dalle aziende. Il 14 Maggio la polizia ha attaccato le persone che contestavano coloro che hanno determinato questo massacro. Lo Stato e le sue forze armate hanno pensato di poter prevenire questa rabbia con i proiettili di gomma ed i gas lacrimogeni. Ma quelli che erano nelle strade gridavano insieme: “Stato assassino!”
I funzionari dello Stato e le compagnie energetiche sostengono di essere in cordoglio. Ma essi sono gli assassini che hanno forzato delle persone a lavorare a centinaia di metri di profondità dalla superficie per
guadagnare i soldi per vivere. Essi sono gli assassini che hanno forzato le persone a lavorare in condizioni in cui la morte è inevitabile. Abbiamo con noi il dolore per quelli che sono stati uccisi in miniera dai capitalisti e dallo Stato. Noi siamo nelle strade con la rabbia contro questi assassini. Noi non siamo in cordoglio, questa è rivolta. Il nostro dolore è il germe della nostra rabbia!

Our sorrow is the seed of our rage

The fire that appeared in the coal mine in Manisa-Soma on 13th of May, became one of the biggest massacres in these lands. With the fire, hundreds of coal miners were poisoned by intensive carbon monoxide. The number of the workers who had been died, increased hours by hours. Minister of energy, minister of labour and prime misinter tried to hide the real number of the miners who had been died while declaring that “it was a sad work accident”. The prime minister declared that “These kind of accidents could happen anytime.” While thousands of people were waiting near the mine and trying to get news for their relatives who were in the coal mine, the ambulances, funeral vehicles, cold storage vehicles showed the seriousness of the massacre. The number of the dead miners increased; 78, 151, 245, 282…

The number is still being increased. The ones, who are responsible for this massacre, are trying to legitimate the “deads” by saying “this is destiny”. There are protests whole around the geography. People are in the streets claiming that it is not destiny nor accident, it is a massacre

of state and companies.

On 14th May, police attacked the people who protest the creators of this massacre. State and its armed forces thought they can prevent this anger with plastic bullets, tear gasses or gas bombs. But the ones who are in the streets shout together: “Murderer state.”

State officials and bosses of the energy companies are claiming that they are mourning. But they are the murderers who forced the people work hundreds of meters far from the surface for gaining money to live. They are the muderers who forced people to work in such condititions where dead is inevitable.

We hold the sorrow of the ones who were murdered in the mines by capitalists and state. We are in the street with the anger against these murderers. We are not mourning, this is rebel. Our sorrow is the seed of our anger!
